Return Eligibility

  • After notifying us, you will have an additional 25 calendar days to return the items.

  • This return policy applies only to stock items. Custom or personalized car accessories cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All items must be returned to our main distribution warehouse. Please do not return items to our head office.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • If it is deemed the most cost-effective option, you may be asked to use your own preferred shipping service for the return.

Condition of Returned Goods

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund.

Original Delivery Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund as a priority. However, the refund process may take up to 14 days.

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement.
