Delivery Options & Services

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery within 4 working days.

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery within 3 working days.

Priority Delivery

  • Estimated delivery within 2 working days.

Delivery Days & Hours

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders must be placed before 1 PM to qualify for same-day processing. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Additional Charges

  • Some locations may incur extra shipping charges. Any additional fees will be displayed at checkout.

Product-Specific Delivery Conditions

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Orders weighing up to 25kg will be securely packaged and shipped via a trusted courier service.

  • A delivery date selection is required at checkout.

Orders Over 25kg or Large Items

  • Large or heavy car accessories such as organizers, storage cases, or cleaning kits may be packed and shipped via boxed courier service or pallet delivery.

  • Pallet Delivery: Items will be offloaded using a pallet truck. Please ensure you have made the necessary arrangements for placement and storage.

Sample Orders

  • Sample orders are shipped via Royal Mail or an alternative courier service.

  • One sample per product per customer/household is eligible for free delivery.

Multiple Sample Orders

  • Orders placed using different names or addresses (e.g., to friends or neighbors) will not qualify for free delivery. These orders may be canceled and refunded.

  • If you order multiple samples along with other items, additional delivery charges may apply.

Weight Restrictions for Free Sample Delivery

  • Some regions have a 2kg weight limit for free sample shipping. If your order exceeds this limit, additional charges may apply.

Special Considerations

Car Accessories & Storage Equipment

  • Some large car organizers, storage solutions, or specialty cleaning kits may not be eligible for certain courier services. Please check availability for shipping such items to your area.
